Wynona B. Valentine, 94, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Heartford House. She was born January 30, 1924 to the late Floyd and Lora Ball. Wynona was a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist Church and a member of Eastern Star. She was a registered nurse for over 29 years. Wynona enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading, and travelling. Above all, she loved taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.M. Valentine, Jr.; her daughter, Sharon E. Valentine; 2 sisters, Lorena Mason and Ruth Melton
Survivors include her son, David Valentine of Owensboro; her 2 grandsons, Michael J. Valentine and James R. Valentine, both of Durango, CO
Services for Mrs. Valentine will be private.
